SP Cranstone Limited was formed in 2013 as a small but unique building company that has a wealth of experience within its company to provide a service to the private and a commercial sector. When SP Cranstone Limited was formed our company policy was to iron out the noticeable high percentage of problems within the construction industry, And one of the main problems amongst others was client liaison or if you like (Company PR) of which we endeavour to maintain for us to strive and provide a cost effective service to all our clients from the initial approach understanding your objectives and needs of which will then result in a complete solution tailored around you our future clients.

Client Brief
To convert garage and front aspect to detached house with driveway in Hertfordshire. Working with supplied architectural plans and liaise with appointed building surveyor – 12 week build.
Modern Garage Conversion
Revision of Front elevation with construction of additional porch space, garage conversion, re-render replace windows and lay block driveway giving a modern front aspect.

Managing Director
Simon has many years in the construction industry. He started of as a brick layer/ground worker and then proceeded into Project management within the building sector, of which he now has incorporated his knowledge and experience into his own family business. Making sure he upholds the family business name to a high level of work next to none.
Connor Cranstone
Project Manager & Carpenter
Connor from a young age was always in his spare time out on site with his father Simon, There after Connor finished school and went to work fall time within the family business, and then completed his level 3 city and guilds Carpentry, and continued striving into different constructional qualifications to aid the family business.
Daniel Holland
Bricklayer / Carpenter
Daniel has work with SPC for many years and is a very valuable member of the team. He has been able to work on the trowel under Simon gaining a lot of knowledge and experience from an early age, of which Daniel now assists in running and aiding all round projects, and has good experience within the masonry side.
Thomas Hall
Lead Gardener / Decorator
Thomas come to SPC a year after it was formed and has grown and shown a lot of what he can do. He can turn his hand to a several tasks and is a very confident member of the team. He also keeps track of all equipment.
Chris Ellis
Ground Worker
Chris has been also working from a early age has been working within the groundworks sector of the construction industry with a wealth of experience, including machine operating to a good standard. He has built up his experience and knowledge in operating machinery needed to carry out most task, and is a keen and willing member of staff to assist where required.
Dave Nixon
Lead Tiler / Bathroom Fitter
Dave has been tiling for over 25 years and he always finishes his work to a very high standard. He started off as a tiler’s labourer and from there grew his knowledge and skill into bathroom and kitchen installations, this has also lead Dave over the years into aspects of plumbing.
Kevin O’Smotherlly
Company Decorator
Kevin has many years of experience and knowledge in the decorating game. He has worked alongside SPC for a long time and has a good working relationship with all his colleagues, and heads up all aspects of our decorating.
Shannon Cranstone
Office Manager
Shannon carries out the managing of SP Cranstone Ltd from the office side of the business, of which her management skills includes in house accountancy of the family run business and running of general accounts and associated duties, Shannon has also been with the company for many years and has built a wealth of experience as the office manager.
